Biookay. i used to have some BS posted on this journal thing, but realized that the truth is more damaging to the guilty...
so here it is. Arvin was my best friend for years. then i moved to LA, and Arvin moved in with me as a roommate. I found a g/f who moved in with me quickly. Arvin did the same. Everything seemed pretty cool for a while, but without any provacation or reason, Arvin turned into an ankle-biting parasite, and for reasons unknown incited the other roommates to completely fuck me over 7 years ago. This included stealing money, stealing my credit cards, intentionally manipulating a music video project i invitied him to help with, performing black magic on me, and lacing me with drugs against my will. This is NOT a joke, and i am NOT kidding. this guy Arvin, with NO reason, got my roommates together to fuck me into the ground, then ran off like the sneaky little coward he is... actually i saw him at a coffee shop one time since, and he RAN out of there as quick as possible...
hmmm... i am not able to post this on his journal... hmmm.... wonder why.... ???
Arvin can certainly lie and say this didn't happen, but it did. And he could threaten to sue for libel, but he'd have to prove that i'm not telling the truth, and he WOULD NOT be able to do that. I CAN prove the drugs with medical and police records from the time, and CAN prove that my credit card was stolen, and CAN prove that music video was intentionally sabotaged... no problem.
So why am I posting this ? Why am I making myself potentially look stupid ? Well, I guess where Arvin and his little group succeeded was in making me distrust and hate people. I was a trusting, not gullible but reasonable person... This 'event' has led to me destroying my contact with the outside world. Stealing the credits cards got me into a financial hole that resulted in my car being reposessed-- and that screwed my credit for the past 7 years. If fucking me over was his the little weasel's goal, then i think i deserve some reason (at least) of why the coward would completely fuck me,, and i know he deserves the same amount of fucking or more in return. Also, I want to see him serve time for the drugging and theft-- those are criminal acts and deserve to be punished by the law. The civil acts (tortious interference, fraud, libel, slander) should be handled in civil courts.
So do I want revenge ? You bet. The bloodier, the better. But I have to obviously keep my hands pretty clean since i want my part to be done in accordance with the law whenever possible. Happy last birthday, cocksucker.
